Refund policy

all bundles are final sale. every bundle is thrifted just for you after you order, so i can't accept returns or exchanges for fit, style, or change of mind. please double-check your sizes before you order.

cancellations: you can cancel or change your answers within 24 hours of ordering, before i start thrifting. after that, orders can't be canceled.

if your order arrives damaged, has a significant flaw i didn't mention, or never arrives, message me within 7 days of delivery (or of the estimated delivery date, if it never shows up) at hello@getlostthrifting.com with your order number and photos. i'll work it out with you.

everything is vintage or secondhand, so normal signs of wear like light fading, pinholes, or small flaws are expected and aren't grounds for a refund.

refused or unclaimed international packages aren't refundable.
